Who I can help

People come to therapy for many reasons. Whether you’re feeling down and don’t know what to do, or if you’re struggling with grief, loss, a break-down in a relationship, having repeat negative thoughts, or no sense of direction, I am here to listen and support you.

🕊️ Grief and loss

Losing someone or something important can leave you feeling lost and exhausted. There is no right way to grieve, and no timetable. I will walk alongside you.

🌿 Anxiety and stress

When worry follows you into every day, it is hard to rest. Together we can understand what is driving it and find steadier ways of coping.

🤝 Relationship problems

Struggles with a partner, family member or friend can feel isolating. Therapy gives you room to be heard, to understand patterns, and to communicate more clearly.

🧭 Major life transitions

Change, even when it is welcome, can shake your sense of who you are. Whether it is a new chapter or an unexpected ending, you do not have to navigate it alone.

A calm, welcoming counselling room with two comfortable armchairs facing each other, soft natural window light, warm neutral tones, a small side table, tasteful plant, uncluttered professional therapy setting, editorial website photography, no people, no text.

An integrative approach, shaped around you

No two people are the same, so therapy shouldn’t be either. As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapy approaches and theories and adapt them to what you need, rather than fitting you into a single method.

Sessions are one-to-one, unhurried and confidential. I am a BACP registered member, which means I work to a professional code of ethics and keep my practice under regular supervision.

How to get started

Taking the first step can feel daunting. I have tried to make the process as simple and low-pressure as possible.

1. Get in touch

Send me a message using the contact form or drop me an email. Tell me a little about what has brought you here – there is no right or wrong way to start.

2. Book a free first chat

We arrange a free 20-minute introductory call. This is a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether I seem like the right person for you.

3. Decide together

After the chat, there is no obligation. If therapy feels right and you would like to continue, we agree a regular time and begin when you are ready.
